St Mary’s Spirits

St Mary’s Wines and Spirits is owned and operated by the Mulligan Family, which is based 15 kms west of the Penola Township.

With Barry and Glenys Mulligan the principals and their sons, Ian and Robin , running the winery / distillery.

In 2016 St Mary’s Spirits was developed.

The St Mary’s Vodka range was first off the ranks with St Mary’s London Dry Gin soon to follow.

A short while later Mulligans Rum and Mulligans Cane Spirit range was developed.

All these products are made onsite at St Mary’s utilizing our two Australian made 500 liter column stills.

Since the inception of St Mary’s Spirits, we have been fortunate with the Spirit Shows, winning 3 trophy’s, 8 golds and a number of Silvers and Bronze medals for the products we make.
