Terms and Conditions
By entering your details to make a purchase, or by otherwise communicating an order to us you are offering to make a contract to purchase goods from Topway Developments Pty Ltd, ABN: 008 204 297 trading as St Marys Vineyard, of V&A Lane, Penola. 5277. South Australia. If we accept your offer, the goods will be sold on the basis of the terms and conditions set out below.
The contract is made at the licensed premises from where the goods will be dispatched under our South Australian Liquor License No: 50803115.
Payment
Goods must be paid for before dispatch.
Price
St Mary’s wine prices are subject to variation without notice.
The price for the goods is the price applicable on the day of the order.
The price shown includes delivery within Australia.
Product Availability
All goods are offered for sale subject to available stock. If a wine is out of stock, St Mary’s Vineyard will contact you to offer a substitute wine of equal quality or if payment has already been made for the wine, to cancel the order and issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount charged.
Delivery
Web Orders are required to be in lots of twelve (one dozen) bottles per case.
Mixed dozens are fine.
Subject to availability of stock, all orders will be dispatched within 3 business days.
There is no additional delivery charge for dozen orders instigated and paid for using the website to addresses in South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory and ACT.
St Mary’s does not offer delivery outside of Australia.
Anyone at the Deliver Address who receives the goods shall be presumed to have received the goods on your behalf.
St Mary’s Vineyard will not deliver products to addresses in designated ‘dry areas’ that are proclaimed in various parts of Australia.
Returns
If you receive a case of wine with one or more broken bottles, contact us on Ph: 08 8736 6070 and we will assess your request for credit, refund or replacement.
